Caterina Sarfatti, Programme Director, Inclusive Climate Action, C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group

Caterina Sarfatti serves as Director of C40’s Inclusive Climate Action program, which provides mayors and local administrations with support to plan, build consensus, and deliver bold climate action that is equitable and beneficial for all, including migrants and refugees. In particular, she leads and manages global initiatives on local green new deals, climate and migration, gender inclusive climate action and just transition. She has worked as advisor for the Mayor's offices in Milan and prior to this, Caterina collaborated with human rights NGOs such as the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) in Paris and the Italian Council for Refugees (CIR) in Rome.
